I reckon you could use certain design cues from them but they look a bit too rustic as they are.
Also, the spherical aspects of the buildings would make the manufacture of parts difficult using your current techniques...not to mention finding a food container of the right shape to act as the basic structure.
True inso, too many double curved surfaces to do in laser cut styrene... However certain cues work. Top right building is doable. Also square but flared tower on top left.
